Job summary

PT MONGSIM INDONESIA MAKMUR is seeking an experienced bakery production specialist to execute mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, filling and finishing according to SOP.

You will maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, support quality checks, and work with the Head Baker to ensure daily production targets are met.

Candidates should have at least 5 years in bakery/pastry and be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in bakery/pastry.
• Strong understanding of bakery fundamentals including mixing, proofing, shaping, baking and finishing.
• Able to follow recipes and work instructions carefully.
• Meticulous with measurements and material usage.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, filling and finishing processes according to SOP.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment and kitchen environment per hygiene standards.
• Assist with quality checks of raw materials and products during production.
• Store raw materials and products according to procedures.
• Conduct stock checks and ensure materials are used according to production needs.
• Follow instructions from Head Baker and SOPs.
• Help ensure daily production targets are achieved.
• Maintain quality and neatness of products during production.
• Report to supervisor if issues arise with processes, materials or equipment.
• Support and substitute for Head Baker as needed to ensure smooth production.
