You will oversee architecture, drive scalable designs, and lead major projects while mentoring engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years backend development experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Java, IO, multithreading and JVM internals.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Familiarity with Kafka, distributed caching and Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee backend system planning, architecture design and iteration for the supply chain business line.
• Lead major projects and core system reconstruction; resolve high concurrency and data consistency challenges.
• Formulate development standards, performance baselines and quality controls for the team.
• Act as technical lead and mentor, guiding technical decision-making and reviews.
• Translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Keep track of industry trends and evolve the team's technology stack.
