Location: Subang, Indonesia. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams, training delivery, and proactive risk management to ensure smooth project execution on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, CS, or Information Systems preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of supply chain IT projects across Indonesia, including demand research, design, configuration, testing, training, and maintenance.
• Gain insights into supply chain planning workflows and translate requirements into information system solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to resolve technical and business issues and drive project progress.
• Create training materials and conduct system training for key users and end-users to ensure proficient operation.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigations, conduct post-launch reviews, and document best practices for future deliveries.
• Identify potential risks in project implementation, formulate mitigation measures, and summarize best practices for subsequent project delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of end-to-end implementation and delivery of supply chain businesses, including demand research, solution design, system configuration, testing and launch, user training, as well as operation & maintenance support, to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.
• Gain in-depth insights into supply chain planning workflows, and deliver tailored solutions by aligning clients' practical requirements with the characteristics of information systems.
• Liaise with cross-functional business teams, IT teams and internal teams, coordinate to resolve technical and business issues arising during project implementation, build sound partnerships and boost project progress efficiency.
• Compile training documents and organize system training for key users and end-users to ensure proficient operation of system functions and realize knowledge accumulation and inheritance.
• Identify potential risks in project implementation, formulate corresponding mitigation measures, conduct post-launch project reviews, and summarize best practices to serve as references for subsequent project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science and Technology, Information Management and Information System are preferred.
• Proficient in written and oral English; candidates with command of a minor language are prioritized.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• 3 to 5 years or above experience in implementing information systems for supply chain planning; candidates with experience in leading project delivery and capable of independently taking charge of project modules or small-scale projects are preferred.
• Familiar with core supply chain planning processes, proficient in basic database operations (SQL), knowledgeable about system architecture and configuration logic, and able to independently complete system configuration, data mapping and interface design.
• Excellent solution drafting capability, with the ability to independently produce demand research reports, solution documents, project implementation plans and other deliverables.
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills: capable of accurately capturing client demands and translating them into digitalized solutions, and efficiently coordinating multi-party resources to troubleshoot problems.
• Strong team player who is willing to share project experience and help elevate the overall competency of the team.
• Passionate about work, capable of handling unexpected contingencies in project implementation to drive smooth project execution, and available for on-site project assignments.
