Job summary

Ayana Hospitality in Jakarta seeks an experienced Audio-Visual supervisor to lead AV operations across hotel ballrooms and conference spaces. You will manage installation, maintenance, and technical support for events, ensuring flawless presentation quality.

The role requires 5+ years in hospitality AV, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with professional audio and video systems, including Dante networking, projection, LED displays, and live streaming.

Qualifications

Must have a Diploma/degree in AV or a related technical field.
English proficiency preferred for coordination and communication.
Hospitality experience in 5-star/4-star hotels or similar environments.
5+ years in AV operations, maintenance, or event production with leadership experience.
Experience managing ballroom, meeting rooms, conferences, banquets, and event AV systems.
Knowledge of professional audio systems (mixers, amplifiers, speakers, microphones, DSP, and signal distribution).
Projection systems, LED displays, video walls, signage, TVs, and video distribution knowledge.
AV system integration, signal flow, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Familiar with Dante, AV networking and Audio-over-IP technologies.
Event production, video conferencing, recording, live streaming, presentation, and lighting systems.
Preventive maintenance, asset management, spare parts control, and lifecycle planning.
Vendor coordination, project management, budgeting, procurement, and CAPEX considerations.
Electrical safety, grounding, cable management, risk assessment, working at height, and safe installations.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
