You will ensure building systems and assets are well maintained, safe, efficient, and compliant with brand standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and cost control while maintaining guest satisfaction and team performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, or facilities management are preferred.
• Additional training in safety, energy management, or project management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering operations to meet hotel standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and cost control across facilities.
• Mentor and supervise the engineering team to ensure high guest satisfaction.
