Responsibilities

• Attend to AV support requests from guests and internal departments promptly and effectively.
• Maintain hotel AV systems and equipment in optimal condition per Kempinski standards.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completions.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff, providing professional technical support.
