• 5+ years of relevant experience in flight product operations, airline distribution, travel technology or related field.
• Applied knowledge of flight distribution, supplier connections, fares, inventory, booking flows and ticket issuance.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, API payload analysis and log investigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Investigate issues using SQL, dashboards, API logs and transaction records; identify root causes and solutions.
• Evaluate supplier routing, fares, caching and booking behavior; balance competitiveness, conversion and operational risk.
• Coordinate resolution across Business, Integration, Supply Platform, Engineering and Customer Care; own outcomes.
• Execute approved configuration changes with testing, monitoring and rollback plans; verify transaction status before retries.
• Maintain operational playbooks; address recurring issues and improve workflows with AI/automation tools.

Traveloka is looking for a Product Operations Specialist to independently own operational delivery for an assigned flight market. You will combine technical investigation, analytical skills and commercial judgement to ensure travelers can access competitive, accurate and bookable flight inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory availability, fare competitiveness, price accuracy and booking and ticket issuance performance, prioritizing issues based on customer and business impact.
• Investigate issues using SQL, dashboards, API logs and transaction records across airline-direct, GDS, NDC and third-party suppliers, identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
• Evaluate supplier routing, fares, caching and booking behavior, balancing competitiveness, conversion, reliability, supplier costs and operational risk.
• Coordinate resolution across Business, Integration, Supply Platform, Engineering and Customer Care, maintaining ownership through to verified outcomes.
• Execute approved configuration changes with appropriate testing, monitoring and rollback plans, verifying transaction status before retrying uncertain bookings or issuance.
• Maintain operational playbooks, address recurring issues and improve workflows through validated AI and automation tools, partnering with Operational Excellence on shared initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in flight product operations, airline distribution, travel technology, supplier integration or a related field.
• Applied knowledge of flight distribution, supplier connections, fares, inventory, booking flows and ticket issuance.
• Hands‑on proficiency in SQL, API payload analysis and log investigation, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Sound commercial and operational judgement, with the ability to interpret metrics, evaluate trade-offs and recommend safe, effective actions.
• Demonstrated ownership and cross‑functional communication skills, with experience driving issues to resolution and improving workflows or playbooks; AI or automation experience is an advantage.
