Traveloka is seeking a Product Manager Lead to drive flight supply operational performance across markets and lead a team of Product Operations. You will combine product thinking with flight supply expertise to improve inventory quality, fare competitiveness, price accuracy and booking reliability.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, strong leadership and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes at scale.

Formación

10+ years across product management, flight supply or travel tech.
PM experience in flight supply; strong outcome delivery.
Expertise in flight distribution and integrations (GDS, NDC).
Proven people leadership and cross-functional delivery.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management; SQL literacy.

Responsabilidades

Own operational results across flight markets with clear plans and measurable outcomes.
Apply product thinking to operational challenges and define quantified problems.
Lead investigations across inventory, pricing, and booking using data.
Align cross-functional teams on priorities and ownership.
Develop five Product Operations ICs with coaching and PMO skills.
Oversee incidents, config changes and launches with validation.
Drive playbooks and automation adoption with the Operational Excellence function.
