Traveloka is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to independently own operational delivery for an assigned flight market. You will combine technical investigation, analytical skills and commercial judgement to ensure travelers can access competitive, accurate and bookable flight inventory.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in flight product operations, airline distribution, travel technology or related field.
• Applied knowledge of flight distribution, supplier connections, fares, inventory, booking flows and ticket issuance.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, API payload analysis and log investigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inventory availability, fare competitiveness, price accuracy and booking/ticket issuance performance.
• Investigate issues using SQL, dashboards, API logs and transaction records; identify root causes and solutions.
• Evaluate supplier routing, fares, caching and booking behavior; balance competitiveness, conversion and operational risk.
• Coordinate resolution across Business, Integration, Supply Platform, Engineering and Customer Care; own outcomes.
• Execute approved configuration changes with testing, monitoring and rollback plans; verify transaction status before retries.
• Maintain operational playbooks; address recurring issues and improve workflows with AI/automation tools.
