Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a Senior Airport Lead to coordinate day-to-day operational activities at the Denpasar airport in Bali. You will guide frontline colleagues and ground handling teams to ensure smooth and safe operations, while delivering excellent customer service in compliance with safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years of customer service experience in airlines or airport services, English fluency, and strong decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years solid Customer Service experience, preferably in airlines or airport services (from the knowledge section).
• Strong command of written and spoken English is mandatory; local language is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with good decision-making skills and to adapt to change.
• Self-motivated and committed with teamwork orientation.
• Sound understanding of company policies and international regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities at the airport under supervision of Airport Manager.
• Guide frontline colleagues and ground handling teams to deliver smooth, safe operations.
• Support customer service excellence and use of new technologies in service delivery.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires and supplier staff.
• Coordinate contingency measures and disruption management to maintain service levels.
