You will mentor a team, align AI initiatives with business goals, and communicate ROI to CROs and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B enterprise software sales with complex deals.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs in a commercial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build or deploy ML models within a sales workflow.
• Strong grounding in sales strategy: pipeline management and customer journey design.

Responsibilities

• Architect real-time selling intelligence — deploy GenAI systems that push deal scores and triggers to reps during live interactions.
• Develop self-correcting forecast models with ML engines predicting pipeline outcomes and market disruptions.
• Chart the AI-in-sales strategy with a multi-year roadmap across geographies and segments.
• Grow AI talent by mentoring L2 specialists and guiding architecture reviews.
• Translate AI outcomes into strategic proposals and ROI analyses for senior leaders.
• Deliver market intelligence with AI-generated analyses and scenario plans to aid leadership decisions.
