Job summary

TOTM Labs, the innovation arm of TOTM Technologies, is seeking a Senior Associate for AI Solutions and Business Development. You will turn client interest into validated opportunities, prepare proposals, and support fundraising with market validation and investor materials.

Reporting to the Head of AI Business Unit, you will conduct market research, engage with clients, test use-cases, and coordinate pre-sales activities across Southeast Asia while supporting our Singapore office.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience producing high-quality proposals, presentations, business cases and client materials.
• Ability to lead discovery, research and solution-scoping discussions and translate technical concepts into clear business use cases.
• Experience coordinating client projects, proofs of concept or cross-functional workstreams with limited supervision.
• Ability to manage several opportunities and stakeholder groups while maintaining clear actions, timelines and follow-through.
• Professional fluency in English, including the ability to lead client discussions and prepare written materials in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales from discovery through solution scoping and proposal submission.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, statements of work, commercial models and client materials.
• Coordinate inputs from product, technical and leadership stakeholders to produce credible proposals that can be delivered and commercially supported.
• Coordinate client workstreams, pilots and follow-ups from engagement through delivery milestones.
• Maintain action plans, owners, dependencies and timelines across clients, partners and internal teams.
• Manage day-to-day client and partner relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work.
