Job summary

TOTM Labs, the AI and venture-building unit of TOTM Technologies, is seeking a Senior Associate to drive AI solutions and business development across Southeast Asia, reporting to the Head of the AI Business Unit in Singapore. You will turn early client interest into validated opportunities, prepare proposals and coordinate pre-sales activities.

You will conduct market research, shape proofs of concept with clients and partners, and help articulate the commercial potential of the AI business

Qualifications

• Experience producing proposals, presentations and business cases.
• Ability to lead discovery, research and solution scoping discussions.
• Experience coordinating client projects and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong project management with clear actions, timelines and follow-through.
• Professional fluency in English for client discussions and materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop investor presentations and business cases for the AI unit.
• Research market opportunities and validate assumptions.
• Coordinate inputs from product, technical and leadership to produce materials.
• Lead pre-sales from discovery through proposal submission.
• Prepare proposals, statements of work and commercial models.
• Coordinate inputs to develop credible proposals that can be delivered.
• Manage day-to-day client and partner relationships and identify follow-on opportunities.
