Job summary

Lancia Consult in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (AI-Native Full-Stack Developer) to join our Technology Consulting team. You will work with a tight-knit group delivering practical, scalable solutions across architectures, data, APIs, and cloud deployments.

You will use AI tools throughout the software lifecycle, collaborate with functional consultants and clients, and own end-to-end delivery from design to production. Strong engineering judgment and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong TS/JS with React/Next.js front-end experience.
• Back-end experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Proficient SQL and relational data modeling.
• Experience designing REST APIs and system integration.
• CI/CD, automated testing, and Git-based workflows.
• Cloud deployment in Azure or AWS; GCP welcomed.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong English communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into pragmatic, scalable architectures.
• Design, build, test, and maintain production-grade applications.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and clients.
• Work across solution architecture, deployment, and AI-native development.
