Job summary

Mekari is hiring a Presales Consultant for Mekari Talenta in Jakarta to partner with sales and clients in delivering HRIS and payroll solutions. You will translate business needs into Mekari Talenta configurations and present compelling product demonstrations to prospective customers.

You will develop solution architectures, support API and integration requirements, and work with IT teams on connectivity issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Presales or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HRIS and Payroll processes.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Solid SaaS and enterprise software knowledge.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange.
• IT infrastructure and networking basics for enterprise environments.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand HRIS, Payroll, and related processes.
• Translate business requirements into Mekari Talenta configurations and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and workshops.
• Develop solution proposals, architectures, and technical documentation.
• Support API, webhook, authentication, and data-exchange discussions.
• Collaborate with IT teams on cloud-to-on-premise connectivity and network requirements.
• Participate in RFP/RFQ, tender, and technical questionnaire processes.
• Address customer questions and objections throughout the sales cycle.
• Assess feasibility and identify integration, security, or infrastructure considerations.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.
