Dentsu Creative in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, delivery, and budgets for integrated campaigns. You will coordinate across creative, digital, social, and production teams to ensure plans stay on track and goals are achieved.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to steer projects through changing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management within a creative, digital, or integrated agency environment.
• Experience managing day-to-day delivery and keeping client priorities aligned with internal teams.
• Understanding how creative, digital, social, and production teams work together.
• Organised and commercially aware with budgeting and timelines experience.
• Strong communicator, proactive, and dependable.
• Experience with regulated-category accounts (e.g., alcohol brands) and following brand guidelines.
