Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia seeks a results-driven sales professional to identify and engage potential partners for offline events and CSR programs, aligning client needs with Kitabisa products.

You will manage end-to-end deals, present solutions, negotiate terms, and maintain day-to-day relations with partners in Bahasa and English to drive growth and partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong interest in service sales, CSR orientation.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

• Find and contact potential partners (clients), companies that will carry out offline activity (Event) commercial or Social Program
• Build, maintain good relations and communicate day to day with partners
• Understanding product knowledge that will be a solution for partners
• Offer and provide solutions to clients needs based on the products owned by Kitabisa

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experienced in sales role
• Basic understanding and interest in service sales; speciality CSR.
• Additional : social programs (cause-related program, Sustainability Program, CSR, Marketing, Brand Activation, Social Marketing)
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented
• High initiative
• End-to-end deal managing
• Have an ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Good communication in Bahasa & English (Mandatory)
