Kitabisa sedang mencari profesional yang berpengalaman dalam mengelola KOL/influencer untuk proyek dampak sosial di Indonesia. Peran ini melibatkan identifikasi, penelitian, pendekatan, serta pengembangan kolaborasi dengan KOL dan figur publik.

Anda akan membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan berbagai KOL/influencer, memantau kinerja kampanye, dan menjamin kualitas serta dampak yang dihasilkan. Posisi ini hybrid dengan fokus pada target, berlokasi di Jakarta dan sekitarnya.

Qualifications

• Memiliki 2–3 tahun pengalaman mengelola KOL/influencer komunitas.
• Memiliki pengetahuan riset KOL yang kuat.
• Berhubungan dengan KOL/influencer lintas kategori.
• Up-to-date dengan tren media sosial.
• Energi tinggi, proaktif, dan target-oriented.
• Ketertarikan pada isu sosial dan dampak positif.
• Kemampuan komunikasi & interpersonal yang sangat baik.
• Jaringan luas dan senang berinteraksi dengan orang.
• Kandidat adalah pemain tim dengan kolaborasi yang baik.
• Bertanggung jawab penuh atas proyek KOL end-to-end.
• Manajemen waktu yang baik & detail-oriented.
• Berdomisili di Jabodetabek (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Mengidentifikasi, meneliti, dan mendekati KOL/influencer/komunitas untuk proyek dampak sosial.
• Memulai dan mengembangkan kolaborasi dengan KOL/figur publik.
• Membangun dan menjaga hubungan kuat dengan KOL/influencer.
• Memantau kinerja kampanye dan memastikan eksekusi berkualitas serta dampak.
• Memiliki tanggung jawab penuh atas keberhasilan setiap proyek sosial.
• Mengeksplorasi peluang kolaborasi baru secara aktif.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Identify, research, and approach KOL / influencers / communities for social impact project

• Initiate and develop collaborations with KOL / public figures

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOL / influencers

• Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality execution & impact delivery

• Take full responsibility for the success of each social project

• Actively explore and identify new collaboration opportunities

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Have at least 2 or 3 years of relevant work experience managing KOL/influencers/communities

• Strong knowledge & research skills in KOL

• Well-connected with diverse KOL / influencers across multiple categories

• Up-to-date with social media trends

• High energy, proactive, and comfortable with targets

• Strong interest in social issues & impact

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (confident in communication & relationship building)

• Strong networking ability and love interacting with people

• Team player with great collaboration skills

• Strong ownership in handling KOL projects end-to-end

• Great time management & attention to detail

• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects

• Based in Jabodetabek (preferred)
