Job summary

Kitabisa injakarta is seeking a results-driven sales professional to engage potential partner companies for offline events and social programs. You will nurture day-to-day partner relationships, learn product knowledge to tailor solutions, and propose offerings aligned with Kitabisa's CSR products.

The role emphasizes strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in Bahasa and English, and a proactive, initiative-driven approach to end-to-end deal management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a sales role.
• Basic understanding and interest in service sales; CSR specialty.
• Additional: social programs (CSR, Sustainability, Marketing, Brand Activation, Social Marketing).
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented.
• High initiative.
• End-to-end deal managing.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Good communication in Bahasa & English (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Find and contact potential partners (clients), companies that will carry out offline activity (Event) commercial or Social Program.
• Build, maintain good relations and communicate day to day with partners.
• Understanding product knowledge that will be a solution for partners.
• Offer and provide solutions to clients' needs based on the products owned by Kitabisa.
