Job summary

PT City Neonindo Indah Murni is Indonesia’s leading Exhibition, Interior & Promotion Design and Build company (since 1983). We search for a Presentation Designer who can turn briefs into strong, persuasive decks and collaborate with the Creative Director on direction and storytelling.

The role focuses on translating client briefs into clear visuals, maintaining brand identity, and supporting PMs across events and exhibitions with timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design and presentation design skills.
• Able to translate briefs into compelling decks.
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy understanding.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
• Experience in events, creative agencies, advertising, branding, or exhibitions is advantageous.

Job description

We are looking for a Presentation Designer who can turn project briefs, ideas, and creative direction into clear, visually strong, and persuasive presentations. You will work closely with Project Managers and Creative Director. After receiving a client brief, you will help structure and develop the presentation, while collaborating with the Creative Director on the creative concept, visual direction, and overall storytelling.

Key responsibilities

Create client presentation decks based on project briefs

Work with the Creative Director to translate creative concepts and direction into presentations

Support Project Managers in structuring presentation flow and key messages

Translate ideas and information into clear visual storytelling

Develop layouts, graphics, moodboards, references, and presentation visuals

Maintain and adapt each client's corporate brand identity

Revise and refine decks based on internal and client feedback

Work across events, activations, exhibitions, branding, and creative projects

About you

Strong graphic design and presentation design skills

Proficient in PowerPoint; Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar tools is a plus

Strong sense of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

Able to understand a brief and translate it into a compelling presentation

Basic understanding of marketing communication, branding, and consumer thinking

Able to understand creative direction and develop it consistently across a deck

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal

Detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines and revisions

Experience in events, creative agencies, advertising, branding, or exhibitions is a strong advantage
