Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social sciences, management, economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in youth, entrepreneurship, or MSME programs.
• Experience in organizing mentoring and entrepreneurship training activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead in preparing workplans, trackers, timelines, and progress monitoring.
• Conduct program socialization and manage participant applications and profiling data.
• Coordinate participant screening and eligibility verification.
• Maintain participant databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist grant disbursement administration and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, mentoring progress, and implementation of growth plans.
• Coordinate needs assessments and advanced training for participants.
• Prepare reporting documentation and activity evidence.
