Job summary

Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa in Semarang is seeking a Project Coordinator to support program planning, tracking, and participant data management. The role involves socializing programs, coordinating training and mentoring activities, and ensuring proper reporting and documentation.

Your work will include assisting grant processes, monitoring progress, and collaborating with partners, mentors, and MFIs to deliver effective youth entrepreneurship initiatives in Semarang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in social sciences, management, economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in youth, entrepreneurship, or MSME programs.
• Experience in organizing mentoring and entrepreneurship training activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead in preparing workplans, trackers, timelines, and progress monitoring.
• Conduct program socialization and manage participant applications and profiling data.

• Maintain participant databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist grant disbursement administration and documentation.

Job description

Support the Project Lead in preparing and updating workplans, activity trackers, timelines, participant databases, and progress monitoring.

Conduct program socialization and manage the participant application process, including gathering participant profiling and risk profile data.

Support participant screening by verifying the completeness of individual and business data.

Manage routine communication and coordination with participants, trainers, mentors, facilitators, MFIs, YCAB Ventures, vendors, and operational stakeholders.

Coordinate the implementation of basic business & financial literacy training, including participants, schedules, venues, trainers, materials, attendance, pre/post-test, and documentation.

Manage the participant database and ensure all participant data remains complete, accurate, and updated.

Support grant disbursement administration, including participant agreements, commitment letters, business growth plans, proof of distribution, and supporting documents.

Follow up with participants during business mentoring to ensure attendance, mentoring progress, and implementation of business growth plans are documented.

Support loan and repayment status monitoring alongside YCAB Ventures and MFIs.

Verify participant data to determine eligibility for subsequent grant tranches and incentives.

Coordinate needs assessments and advanced training for Project participants.

Monitor participant performance, including operational progress, financial management, growth milestones, marketing activation, and mentor endorsements.

Prepare supporting documentation for reporting, including attendance sheets, participant data, monitoring evidence, receipts, survey results, and activity documentation.

Draft activity and progress reports for review by the Project Lead.

Ensure activity evidence aligns with the information reported to donor/partner.

Support final data consolidation and project closure

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent in social sciences, management, economics or other relevant fields.

Minimum 3 years of work experience with at least 1 year in programs related to youth, entrepreneurship, and/or MSMEs.

Experience in managing and organizing mentoring and entrepreneurship training activities for participants.

Deep understanding of the required scope of work, proven by prior experience handling similar assignments.
