Job summary

PT. Maximos Global Logistik in Semarang, Central Java, seeks a dynamic Business Development professional to identify and pursue new logistics opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue in international freight forwarding.

You will develop strategic plans, negotiate contracts, collaborate with operations and finance, and monitor pipeline and forecasts to meet targets. Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin or Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in identifying market opportunities and creating strategic plans.
Strong negotiation and communication skills essential for deal closing.
Proficiency with CRM tools and logistics software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within logistics market.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including freight forwarders, importers, exporters and logistics partners.
Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pricing strategies and service solutions tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations and finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and report on business development performance, including pipeline management and sales forecasting.
Establish strategic partnerships with complementary service providers to expand service offerings
