Dijiwa Sanctuaries in Bali is seeking a Security Officer for the Wana Desa Tanah Lot property to safeguard guests and property while upholding the warm, authentic hospitality the brand represents.

You will monitor all areas, conduct patrols, manage access points and CCTV, respond to incidents, assist guests, and collaborate with operations and guest services to ensure a seamless, tranquil guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Security Guard certification (SKJ) is required.
• Clean background check is required.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; conversational English preferred.
• Physical fitness assessment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all areas of the property to ensure safety for guests, staff, and property.
• Conduct regular patrols of the resort premises including guest areas and back-of-house.
• Manage access control and monitor CCTV systems for security oversight.
• Respond promptly to security concerns or incidents with calm, discreet professionalism.
• Assist guests with directions and information in a warm, helpful manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations and events.
• Maintain incident reports and documentation per company standards.
• Participate in emergency procedures and staff training.

In this role, you will be the quiet guardian of our guests' peace, ensuring that the warmth and authenticity of the Dijiwa experience remains undisturbed. Your presence will be professional yet approachable, embodying the genuine hospitality that defines our brand. You will work closely with our operations and guest services teams to maintain a secure environment while contributing to the seamless, personalized experience our guests expect.

Success in this role means maintaining vigilant awareness while remaining accessible to assist guests with any needs that may arise. It means understanding that your role extends beyond traditional security—you are also an ambassador of Indonesian hospitality, often being the first point of contact who sets the tone for a guest's entire experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring all areas of the property to ensure safety and security for guests, staff, and property

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Valid Security Guard certification (SKJ) required. Must possess a clean background check. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia required; conversational English proficiency preferred. Physical fitness assessment may be required.
