Job summary

Accor's Novotel Bali Ubud Resort is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead the daily security team, protecting guests, staff and assets while upholding strict safety standards. You will oversee incident handling and ensure a proactive security posture in Bali.

Role requires ensuring the highest level of safety for guests and colleagues, monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and maintaining professional conduct in daily operations with a strong team focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar security role.
• Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting.
• Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to stay calm, respond quickly, and work well in a team.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.

Job Description

This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, property, and company assets. This role includes monitoring staff performance, conducting inspections, managing incidents, and maintaining security standards and procedures. Ensure the highest level of safety and security for our Guests, Heartists, Vendors, and Suppliers through an efficient and proactive approach in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
