Job summary

Coldspace in Bandung seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily warehouse operations and monitor team activities. You will ensure inbound, putaway, picking, and outbound tasks align with SOPs and safety standards.

You will lead WMS data updates and inventory control, while communicating across Ops, Transport, Inventory, and CS teams to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Experience in team coordination and understanding of warehouse flow (inbound, putaway, picking, outbound).
• Ability to operate WMS and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of 5S and K3 safety requirements.
• Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute daily work tasks to warehousemen according to Supervisor direction.
• Ensure inbound, putaway, picking, and outbound processes follow SOPs.
• Act as first contact for operational issues in the field.
• Monitor daily progress and report to Supervisor.
• Assist in achieving daily targets and verify inbound/outbound documents.
• Ensure WMS data updates are completed accurately by the team.
• Report stock discrepancies or input errors.
• Guide new warehousemen on procedures and equipment use.
• Uphold 5R and K3 safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Maintain tidy work areas to meet company standards.

This role involves coordinating daily warehouse operations, monitoring team activities, managing documentation, supervising field teams, and ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

Distribute daily work tasks to warehousemen according to Supervisor direction

Ensure team executes inbound, putaway, picking, and outbound processes according to SOP

Act as first point of contact for operational issues in the field

Monitor daily progress (received, putaway, picking, loading)

Report work status, issues, and daily results to Supervisor

Assist in ensuring daily targets are achieved

Support verification of inbound/outbound documents

Ensure WMS/RF data updates are completed correctly by team

Report stock discrepancies or input errors

Guide new warehousemen on work procedures and equipment use

Remind team of 5R and K3 (workplace safety) compliance

Ensure team uses PPE in the field

Oversee work area tidiness to meet company standards

Address minor violations before escalating to Supervisor

About you

S1 education

Minimum 2–3 years work experience in warehouse/logistics

Experience in team coordination and understanding of warehouse operational flow (inbound, putaway, picking, outbound)

Understanding of warehouse SOP and FIFO/FEFO principles

Able to operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Understanding of basic inventory control and stock management

Knowledge of 5R/5S and K3 (Occupational Safety and Health)

Communication and cross-departmental coordination skills (Ops, Transport, Inventory, CS)
