Job summary

PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager to develop and implement leasing strategies across our property portfolio in Makassar. You will drive occupancy, optimize tenant mix, and lead a team to meet revenue targets.

You will manage the end-to-end leasing process, source tenants, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with tenants and partners to sustain long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Leasing or Property Management with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of leasing management, tenant mix, and rental strategies.
• Ability to lead a team and build tenant/business partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Manage leasing process from sourcing to finalizing lease agreements.
• Supervise tenant relationships and monitor renewal performance.
• Coordinate leasing with internal departments to ensure operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Business Development, or a related position, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of leasing management, tenant mix, rental strategies, commercial negotiations, and the property business.
• Able to develop leasing strategies, conduct tenant sourcing and selection, negotiate commercial terms, and manage tenant relationships to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage a team and build relationships with tenants and business partners.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets and optimize the tenant mix.
• Manage the leasing process, from tenant sourcing, tenant selection, and proposal preparation to commercial negotiations and finalization of lease agreements.
• Supervise and develop tenant relationships, while monitoring tenant needs, performance, and renewals.
• Coordinate the leasing process with internal departments and relevant parties to ensure tenant opening, renovation, renewal, and operations are carried out in accordance with established requirements.
• Lead and develop the leasing team, and prepare reports and analyses related to occupancy, revenue, tenant performance, and leasing target achievement.
