Job summary

BOARDRIDERS seeks a dedicated SEA Customer Service professional to oversee customer interactions across our wholesale network in the Bali region. You will drive sales targets, reduce friction, and elevate customer experiences for all brands.

Responsibilities include order management, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive customer issue resolution to strengthen loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in any field.
• Understanding of customer service concepts and ability to measure performance
• Awareness of commerce and warehouse distribution fundamentals
• Proven Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• Experience with ERP and customer service tools
• Experience creating customer service strategies focused on sales
• Good teamwork and quick learner
• Required language: English
• Willing to be placed in Bali

Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales targets.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across our SEA wholesale network.
• Champion the customer journey by identifying needs and expectations.
• Manage: order entry, confirmation, fulfilment, allocation, replacements, and delivery notifications.
• Coordinate with distribution centers on quality control queries.
• Follow up on daily customer queries (returns, warranty, fraud review, chargebacks, orders, delivery status).
• Collaborate with brand, content, marketing, and warehouse teams for seamless service across brands.
