Job summary

Intrepid is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager based in Jakarta to support the Singapore market. You will own relationships with top brand partners, manage digital campaigns across marketplaces and social channels, and drive growth through data-driven optimization.

You will lead client management, develop marketing plans with clear KPIs, and oversee multi-channel execution including video, livestream, affiliates, and paid search. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing/e-commerce experience.
• Experience with Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and TikTok Shop.
• Proven client management experience.
• Proficient in Facebook and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Strong knowledge of full-funnel branding and measurement.
• Experience in media planning, budgeting, and negotiation.
• Strong data analytics and tracking skills (GA, GTM, Facebook Pixel).

Responsibilities

• Lead on key client accounts and drive forward digital marketing strategies.
• Manage client relationships with strong communication and delivery.
• Oversee full-funnel brand activation across channels (video, livestream, affiliates).
• Direct campaign setup, strategy, and optimization across marketplaces and social platforms.
• Collaborate with client teams on plans, KPIs, and ongoing reporting.
• Manage revenue delivery and budgets with real-time optimization.
• Create A/B test frameworks and drive growth.
• Provide performance insights and analytics reports to clients.
