Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sea freight logistics.
• Operational leadership experience in sea freight activities.
• Proficiency with logistics management systems and operational software.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of international sea freight regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sea freight activities, cargo handling, loading, unloading, and storage with safety and damage-prevention focus.
• Lead and mentor the sea freight operations team, provide training and evaluations.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Address and resolve delays, documentation errors, and cargo handling issues; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for seamless operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local, international, and company standards.
• Prepare and analyze performance reports, track metrics and provide insights.
