Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational building material manufacturer for the role of Business Development Manager for SEA. You will develop and nurture relationships with developers, hotel operators, interior designers and architects to drive business opportunities and specify our solutions across projects.

Qualifications

Autonomous and self-motivated to develop business.
Proven track record of specification on commercial and residential projects.
Proven track record of project follow up, mainly in Indonesia.
Dynamic sales person with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and nurture relationships with developers, hotel operators, interior designers and architects to drive business opportunities.
Specify our solutions to developers, hotel operators, interior designers, architects and consultants.
Follow up projects with the different stakeholders involved including contractors.
Collaborate closely with internal teams on projects and follow up; report progress to management.
