Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with a leading multinational Engineering Consultancy to appoint a Senior Engineer - Mechanical ACMV based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Reporting to the Building Services Section Manager, you will lead ACMV design across multiple projects, ensure compliance with Indonesian standards, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a consulting engineering environment delivering building services.
• Proven experience leading ACMV and mechanical design packages for medium to large-scale developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of ACMV and mechanical packages across all project phases.
• Prepare and review calculations, reports, specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Structural, Architectural, BIM teams for integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
