Job summary

Altryon, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President, Data Center Development – Southeast Asia, to lead origination and execution across Indonesia and the Philippines, with scope to Malaysia and other markets.

You will build a proprietary pipeline, assess power-anchored opportunities, and drive the pre-construction lifecycle from site control to interconnection feasibility. You will manage relationships with landowners, regulators, and developers, and shape the platform’s expansion, including equity

Qualifications

• 12+ years in power, energy, or digital infrastructure development in Southeast Asia, with end-to-end project experience.

Responsibilities

• Originate opportunities across Indonesia and the Philippines, including off-market sites and gated opportunities.
• Lead interconnection feasibility analyses with utilities and regulators.
• Build and manage a network of land brokers, counsel, and site consultants in target markets.
• Drive pre-construction lifecycle from site control to interconnection, ensuring delivery-ready projects.
• Coordinate with EPC partners and financiers to align timelines and costs.
