Job summary

DayOne is seeking a senior Electrical Engineering leader to govern regional electrical infrastructure across Southeast Asia data centers in a high-demand environment. The role emphasizes reliability, standards, and cross-border collaboration with site operations teams.

You will drive preventive maintenance, risk reduction, and technical excellence aligned with international standards and local regulations. Frequent travel across SEA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 8–12 years in electrical engineering, facilities operations, or critical infrastructure.
• Experience as SME for complete electrical infrastructure lifecycle—from HV/electrical grids to LV distribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional technical leadership and governance for electrical infrastructure across Southeast Asia data center operations.
• Oversee operation, maintenance and lifecycle of critical electrical infrastructure including HV/MV/LV systems.
• Serve as regional SME and escalation point for complex electrical issues and incidents.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement preventive actions across the region.
• Develop operational and maintenance standards and handbooks for repeatable processes.
• Support commissioning, energization, IST and handover from project delivery to operations.
