Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Data Center Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure projects in Jakarta. You will oversee governance, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep technical understanding of data center systems, and experience managing multi-vendor EPC/EPCM environments in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Telecommunications, IT)
• PM certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 preferred
• 10+ years in project delivery, engineering, construction, or large-scale infra projects
• 3–5 years direct leadership delivering data center projects (500+ racks)
• Experience managing EPC/EPCM contractors and multi-vendor environments
• Strong understanding of data center infra (electrical, UPS, HVAC, fire protection, BMS/DCIM) and standards
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects from initiation to handover.
• Develop delivery strategies aligned with contracts, requirements, and objectives.
• Manage budgets, profitability, revenue milestones, cash flow and reporting.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations and vendors.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation, and resolve critical issues.
• Oversee contract administration, change management and claims handling.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, local regulations and technical specs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of execution methods and governance.
