Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced IT project lead to coordinate, monitor, and review multiple initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals.

You will apply SDLC methods (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban), develop strategies to overcome bottlenecks, and drive on-time delivery. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years IT programming or banking-app experience are required; professional Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM/PSM) are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years IT programming experience or 3+ years in banking applications.
• Strong mastery of SDLC frameworks including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster / PSM are a strong advantage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: At least 5 years of working experience in IT programming, OR a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically handling banking applications.

Methodology Expertise: Strong mastery of SDLC frameworks with in-depth knowledge of methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.

Work Attitude: A highly proactive self-starter who is "ready to work" and able to contribute immediately with minimal supervision.

Certifications: Possessing professional certifications relevant to the role (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster / PSM) is a strong advantage.
