Job summary

Job description

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management, with proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.

Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other nationally/internationally recognized certifications is highly preferred.

Strong understanding and practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts and their application in IT projects.

Experienced in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.

Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities.

Familiar with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Willing to be based in Surabaya and work from the assigned office/project location.
