Qualifications

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to join our fast-paced IT division. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development, security, and operations by building robust deployment pipelines and ensuring our infrastructure is both highly efficient and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, monitor, and review all assigned projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business objectives.

Provide effective development strategies and problem-solving solutions to overcome critical bottlenecks, ensuring a seamless and efficient project delivery process.

Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration systems.

Integrate and enforce strong security practices and protocols throughout the entire software development lifecycle (DevSecOps approach).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: At least 4 years of working experience in IT programming, OR a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically handling banking applications.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding and hands‑on mastery of CI/CD pipeline tools and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), with a strong focus on embedding security into the development process.

Work Attitude: A highly proactive, self-driven professional who is "ready to work" and capable of contributing immediately with minimal supervision.

Certifications: Possessing professional certifications relevant to the position (e.g., Certified DevSecOps Professional, AWS/Azure DevOps certifications) is a strong advantage.
