Job summary

Bank OCBC NISP in South Jakarta and BSD is seeking a capable Project Management Office professional to drive governance and execution of complex initiatives within a banking context.

The role requires 3–5 years in Project/Program Management, banking exposure, strong SDLC and executive reporting skills, and the ability to coordinate across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project/Program Management with exposure to senior management.
• Minimum 2 years in a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of Project Management and SDLC.
• Experience in preparing executive-level reporting and management presentations.
• Familiar with vendor RFP/procurement processes, banking regulatory submissions, and legal/commercial agreements.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other functions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bring structure to complex projects, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive actions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project governance and execution.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare executive-level project updates and recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors.
• Ensure project decisions, actions, and key agreements are documented and followed through.
• Identify project risks and blockers and proactively drive resolution.

• Familiar with vendor RFP/procurement processes, banking regulatory submissions, and legal/commercial agreements such as Cooperation Agreements
• Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across Technology, Business, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and other functions
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to bring structure to complex projects, manage dependencies, identify risks, and drive actions to completion

What you'll be doing :
