Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an experienced IT project lead to coordinate, monitor, and review multiple initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals.

You will apply SDLC methods (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban), develop strategies to overcome bottlenecks, and drive on-time delivery. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years IT programming or banking-app experience are required; professional Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM/PSM) are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• At least 5 years IT programming experience or 3+ years in banking applications.
• Strong mastery of SDLC frameworks including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster / PSM are a strong advantage.
