• Facilitate schedule review meetings and support time-based claims and variations.

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Scheduler & Planner Leader for Project based in Denpasar. The role is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining detailed project schedules using appropriate planning tools, ensuring alignment with project milestones and resources. The Scheduler & Planner Leader will coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather progress data, identify schedule risks, and propose corrective actions. Responsibilities include monitoring project timelines, preparing reports and forecasts, supporting cost and resource planning, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. The role also involves facilitating schedule review meetings, supporting claims and variation analysis from a time perspective, and contributing to continuous improvement of planning processes.

Qualifications

• Strong project scheduling and planning skills, including experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar applications.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, civil engineering principles, and building project lifecycles.
• Ability to analyze project data, track progress, identify variances, and prepare clear schedule and progress reports.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional project teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple project schedules concurrently.
• Relevant experience in construction or engineering project planning; prior experience in general contracting is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management methodologies and industry standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Denpasar and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
