Job summary

You will monitor timelines, prepare reports and forecasts, and support cost and resource planning while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong project scheduling and planning skills with MS Project or Primavera.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles.
• Ability to analyze data, track progress and report variances.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail and multitasking across schedules.
• Experience in construction or engineering project planning; general contracting a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather progress data.
• Monitor timelines and prepare reports and forecasts.
• Support cost and resource planning and ensure compliance with standards.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and contribute to planning process improvements.
• Assist in claims and variation analysis from a time perspective.
