Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Scaffolding Specialist or similar role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials and installation techniques.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations in construction, including Indonesian standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and oversee scaffolding installation per specs and safety regs.
• Inspect scaffolding structures for safety and wear; address defects.
• Supervise and coordinate with construction teams on scaffolding use and maintenance.
• Manage dismantling and removal of scaffolding safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of installations, inspections and maintenance activities.
• Provide training on safe scaffolding practices and usage.
• Liaise with project managers and safety officers to address concerns.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in scaffolding design and installation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and company policies.
