Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Central Workshop & Facility Management Manager Shipyard in Batam, Indonesia. This full-time leadership role oversees the central workshop and facility operations across the shipyard, driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement to support shipbuilding and maintenance projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 5 years in workshop/facility management, with strong leadership and knowledge of maritime standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in workshop and facility management, preferably in shipyard or heavy engineering.
• Proven track record managing maintenance teams and complex facility operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipyard operations, maritime standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the central workshop: scheduling, resource allocation, manpower planning, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage facility maintenance across the shipyard complex to uphold high infrastructure standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for workshop equipment and facilities.
• Lead workshop and facility maintenance teams with coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across operations.
• Monitor workshop and facility budgets including procurement of materials and parts.
• Coordinate with project managers to align workshop capacity with project needs.
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management for tools and maintenance materials.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare regular reports on workshop performance and maintenance metrics.
