Job summary

Engio, on behalf of its client, seeks a Formwork Instructor with hands-on experience in formwork and scaffolding to support on-site projects in Indonesia. You will train contractor and subcontractor teams and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing method statements and drawings, assisting in formwork setup, training teams on safety protocols, participating in site meetings with clients to monitor progress, and coordinating with the logistics and

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
Certified Inspector with at least 6 years hands-on experience.
Strong technical knowledge with troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and structured work approach.
Proficient in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Provide training on proper procedures, method statements, and engineering drawings.
Assist in formwork and scaffolding setup; train teams on safety protocols.
Participate in site meetings; monitor progress and report issues.
Ensure safe material usage and adherence to internal procedures.
Coordinate with logistics and technical departments to ensure quality and timely delivery.
