Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to represent the Construction Management team on-site in Bali, Indonesia. You will monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality standards, safety rules, and approved schedules.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, conducting site inspections, reporting progress to the Project Manager, and ensuring timely corrective actions to maintain project

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in construction supervision.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on projects.
Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and identify issues affecting progress or quality.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare regular progress reports and update the Project Manager on site conditions.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and project regulations.
