Job summary

You will ensure work aligns with design plans, safety standards, and company procedures, while coordinating manpower and material provisions and maintaining proper reports. The role requires ensuring KPI targets are met, managing field execution, and reporting discrepancies to support productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising scaffolding and field construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and procedures in construction.
• Proven ability to plan manpower and materials for projects.
• Bilingual communication in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in planning manpower and material provision to meet project requirements.
• Supervise material utilization and schedule deliveries to align with project schedule.
• Monitor monthly KPIs for project progress and safety targets.
• Oversee field construction to ensure as-built work matches design.
• Report discrepancies between design drawings and field conditions.
