Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in Telecommunication, Informatics, or Engineering with 3+ years experience in the field.
Diploma (D3) in Telecommunication, Informatics, or Engineering with 5+ years experience.
Technical High School with 7+ years experience in the field.

Responsibilities

Perform and supervise installation and maintenance of physical network infrastructure and related devices to ensure availability and safe operation.
Analyze MIS Global Call Center requests to assess user needs and urgent requirements.
Document fiber optics and building cabling layouts; keep documentation current.
Enforce safety standards and procedures in the work area to minimize incidents and damage.
Train, develop, coach, and motivate subordinates to enhance skills and capabilities.
