Job summary

PT Freeport Indonesia Inc. is seeking a Foreman for the UG Expansion Millwright project in Tangerang to supervise construction work in the assigned area, ensuring it aligns with design plans, project schedules and safety standards.

Candidates should hold a mechanical engineering degree with 10+ years in mechanical construction, safety certifications, and hands-on experience with alignment tools; strong leadership and reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with over 10 years of experience in mechanical construction.
• Possesses safety-related certifications: POP, working at height, etc.
• Able to perform alignment machinery with Rotalign.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in planning and scheduling manpower and materials for construction.
• Supervise material utilization plan and schedule deliveries.
• Execute and monitor monthly KPIs across projects.
• Ensure as-built construction matches design and client requirements.
• Report design-field discrepancies and manage changes.
• Assist supervisory and control of construction activities and report periodically.
• Coordinate safety measures and provide safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with engineers and safety to approve safety permits for high-risk work.
• Monitor crew knowledge and skills to improve performance.
