Job summary

PT Freeport Indonesia Inc. is seeking a capable Foreman for Central Services (SIB & Opr. Support) to supervise construction work in assigned areas, ensuring execution aligns with design plans and company standards. The role requires strong leadership and safety adherence.

Responsibilities include planning manpower and materials, monitoring KPIs, coordinating with engineers and safety, and reporting discrepancies to support on-time, safe project delivery.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices.
• Experience supervising field construction activities.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Awareness of quality control and safety standards.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
• Supervisory experience with safety mining management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in planning and scheduling manpower and materials for construction to meet schedule and budget.
• Supervise material utilization plans and schedule deliveries to align with project schedule.
• Execute and supervise monthly KPIs across projects to meet targets.
• Oversee construction drawings and field work to ensure as-built aligns with design.
• Report design-field discrepancies to support required design changes and prevent rework.
• Assist in supervising construction activities and prepare periodic progress reports.
• Coordinate safety measures and provide guidance for safe construction work.
• Coordinate with other area engineers and safety to approve hazardous work permits and fatigue management.
• Monitor crew knowledge and skills to improve performance and responsibilities.
